1. Product Use and Liability

• All treats and balms are made using carefully selected, human-grade, and pet-safe ingredients.

• Allergy Disclaimer: It is your responsibility to review the ingredient list provided on our website or packaging before purchasing. If your pet has known allergies, please consult your veterinarian and contact us for ingredient queries. FurBaby Cookie Co. is not liable for any allergic reactions or health issues arising from product use.

2. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

• We offer an exchange for treats your pup doesn’t enjoy within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Treats must be returned with at least 80% of the product remaining in the original packaging.

• Buggeiri Balm and other non-edible products are non-refundable if opened or used.

• Due to the fragile nature of baked goods, we do not accept returns for broken treats or crumbs resulting from transit or handling.

3. Custom Orders

• Custom treat orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a significant defect.

• Payment must be made in full before production begins.

• Customers requesting a custom cookie cutter must provide clear images and approval before the order proceeds.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship Australia-wide, with free replacement shipping for exchanges.

• Local delivery within a 20km radius of Ipswich CBD is available.

5. Quality Assurance

• We guarantee freshness and quality in every product. However, all treats are crafted by hand, and slight variations in shape, size, or texture may occur.

6. Limitation of Liability

• FurBaby Cookie Co. is not responsible for misuse of products, including consumption by pets with dietary restrictions or allergies. Treats are not intended to replace balanced meals. Always supervise your pet while consuming treats.

7. Privacy

• We respect your privacy. Personal information provided to FurBaby Cookie Co. is used solely for order processing and communication.

8. Policy Misuse

• For fairness, records of transactions are maintained. Patterns of repeated returns or exchanges may result in ineligibility for future replacements.
