Refund & Return Policy

We want your dog to love our products! If for any reason your pup isn’t satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may return any product within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unopened or mostly unused.

  • Please provide reasonable proof of dissatisfaction (e.g., photos).

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will either:

  • Ship a replacement of equal value, or

  • Issue a refund for the product (excluding shipping costs).

Custom Orders

  • Custom or personalized items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty or damaged.
